一、項目簡介
　　Matriclix是著名的註冊四大站的新生公司，成立於2007年3月。賺錢方式採用註冊四大站領先的工具條註冊方式；其賺錢方法獨樹一幟，為廣大賺友月賺千刀創造了機會。特別適合以註冊賺錢為職業的人發展。　

二、賺錢方法

Matriclix為每位會員提供了三個賺錢途徑：
1、註冊免費任務。每註冊一個任務，可以獲得最少0.1美元的報酬。有的任務分值可達0.35美元。
2、發展下線賺錢。你可以獲得直接下線（你介紹的會員）收入10%的獎勵，這是公司對會員的額外獎勵，不影響下線的收入。比如你的下線賺了100刀，公司會獎勵給你10刀，而下線的收入不會因為你獲得獎勵而減少。
3、佇列賺錢。你如果處在佇列中，可以獲得你下級收入的20%。當然，你也要為你的上級貢獻20%的收入。這是Matriclix公司獨創的不同於四大站的全新賺錢方式，通過這一方式，你可以使你的月收入達到上千美元。

三、下線和下級

你可能已經注意到，我在介紹上述三種賺錢途徑時，在第2種提到了“下線”，在第3種提到了“下級”。這是兩個不同的概念。

下線：指你介紹的會員。也就是通過你的下線鏈結加入公司的會員。下線的數量是無限的，只要你有能力，你可以發展成千上萬個下線。

下級：如果你處在佇列中，排在你下一級的會員為下級。你的下線不一定是你的下級，你的下級也不一定是你的下線。下級的數量是有限的，每個會員最多有10個下級。如果你發展了超過10人的下線，那超過的部分自動分配給別人做下級。

佇列：Matriclix公司支援6級佇列。第一級只有一個會員，第二級10個會員，第三級100個會員，第四級1000個會員，第五級10000個會員，第六級100000個會員。也就是說，公司佇列的會員數總共可達111111個會員。如果超出這個總數，再加入的會員則不在佇列中。不在佇列中的會員照樣可以通過賺錢方法的前兩種獲得收入，而無法採用第三種賺錢方法（注意：現在公司剛剛發展，現在加入即可自動列入佇列，希望廣大賺友儘快加入，莫失良機）。

弄清了下線和下級的關係，以及如何通過佇列賺錢後，我們來打個比方，從理論上算一下你可以通過這個公司賺多少錢。比如你目前處在第三級，你會有10個下級（第四級），100個下下級（第五級），1000個下下下級（第六級）。比如你和你的下級每週完成20個免費任務，你每週從佇列中獲得的收入是：（2×1000×20%×20%×20%+2×100×20%×20%+2×10×20%）×80%=22.4美元，每月為89.6美元（等於700多元人民幣）。如果你在更高的級別，並且加上下線獎勵，你想你會賺多少？




四、如何升級
　　
有人問：如果我一加入即列為第六級或在佇列外，是否永遠無法獲得佇列收入？不是的，你的級別每週都有可能變動。決定你的級別的不是公司管理員，而是你的上上級。你的上上級會根據每個會員每週的表現積分，調整下級佇列。當然，如果你處在佇列中，你也可以每週對下級和下下級所處的級別進行調整，以利於你更多地獲得收入。公司規定了每級調整的時間，分別為：
　　一級——星期一
　　二級——星期二
　　三級——星期三
　　四級——星期四
　　五級——星期五
　　六級——星期六

打個比方，如果你是第三級，你可以在每週四登錄你的帳戶對你的下級積分情況進行篩選，如果你發現你的一個下下級比你的一個下級表現好、積分高，你可以將他們的位置進行互換，把表現好的下下級取代表現不好的下級。那麼，那個表現好的下下級就升了一級，成為第四級，而表現不好的下級則降至第五級。當然，你自己的級別也可能在週二、週三被上上級或上級進行調整。

由此可見，在佇列中的級別不是一成不變的，如果想獲得更高的收入，就要提升自己的級別。級別的提升由上上級和上級決定，依據是你整體的積分情況。會員的積分通過兩個途徑增長：一是完成任務情況，二是發展活躍下線情況。完成任務越多、發展的活躍下線越多，你的積分就越高；當你的積分高過同級或上級時，就會被選中升級。



看到這裏你可能已經明白，你的下線不一定是你的下級，他如果表現好可能會成為你的同級，或取代你而成為你的上級。那麼，你的下級獎勵會不會因此而減少呢？不會，不管你的下線處在哪一級，公司都會根據他完成任務所獲得收入的10%對你進行獎勵。除非你的下線升到第一級（唯一的一個），才會取消這個下線對你的獎勵。



五、如何加入Matriclix公司進行賺錢

（1）點擊上面鏈結進入公司網站後，點擊頂部“Sign up”菜單。如果你安裝的是WINXP SP2作業系統，則稍等會彈出攔截插件提示框，如下圖：



單擊提示框選擇安裝插件。如果你安裝了雅虎助手等攔截插件的工具，則需要暫時把工具關閉。系統會自動下載Matriclix工具條插件，下載完成後，彈出對話方塊，詢問是否安裝此插件，點“安裝”或“是”，稍等幾秒鐘，工具條會自動安裝完成。
　　
(２)關閉所有流覽器頁面，重新打開，依次點擊流覽器上部“查看”——“工具欄”——“Matriclix bar”，工具條會出現在網頁流覽器上，如下圖：




(3)點擊工具條上的“CONNECT！”按扭，彈出註冊表格如下圖：





　　填寫註冊表格進行註冊。填寫內容都要用英文或者拼音。各項內容的中文意思如下：

　　填完上述表格後，點最下面的“Click here to register”按扭提交註冊表。提交後，轉入下一個頁面點“Proceed”，稍等轉入一個寫有“Congratulations .......”的頁面，同時彈出“Your Matriclix Toolbar is registered”提示框，點“確定”。

(4）打開註冊郵箱，找到Matriclix公司的來信，一般題為“Matriclix registration confirmation”，點擊信中長長的鏈結形如“http://www.matriclix.com/auto/join.html?action=confirm&;code=dianshizhuo-488663325e”，啟動帳戶，註冊過程就完成了。


3、註冊任務賺錢（點此查看如何註冊任務視頻教程）
點擊工具條上的“CONNECT！”按扭，使工具條與伺服器連接，工具條變為如下圖的形式：




點工具條上的“Get offers”，彈出任務列表框，點擊框最下面的“Offer list”出現任務列表如下圖：





隨意選擇列表中的任務進行註冊。註冊前，要仔細查看任務說明第三段關於註冊任務步驟的說明，嚴格按照說明的步驟操作才能完成任務。點擊“Click here”進入任務網站進行註冊。
註冊過程中，會隨時彈出工具條連接提示框，驗證工具條是否和伺服器相連接，如下圖：





這時一定要點“是”。完成規定的註冊步驟後，點擊工具條上的“Completed”按扭，打開完成任務列表如下圖：




從中找到剛才完成的註冊任務，點“Click here”。這時，如果彈出下圖的提示框，說明你完成了這個任務並獲得了一定的報酬：





如果彈出的不是上圖提示框，而是如下圖錯誤提示框，說明你還沒有完成這個任務，或是在完成任務過程中出了錯，不符合規定步驟：





這時，你需要模訪註冊過程再次註冊一遍（只是模訪過程，不能真的再次註冊），讓工具條重新記錄註冊過程，再行完成。



六、帳戶說明
訪問matriclix網站，輸入用戶名和密碼登錄會員區，介面及具體功能表的解釋如下圖：





七、如何請款
在你的會員區點“Earnings”功能表，進入帳戶詳細資訊介面，如下圖：




各項菜單說明見上圖。當你帳戶中通過驗證的款額達到５美元時，就會出現請款鏈結。點擊"Request payment to E-Gold"這個鏈結，進入請款介面，如下圖：





按照上圖中的說明填好請款資訊，點“Submit”提交。提交後的頁面如下圖：



點"Confirm"按扭，完成請款。３個工作日內到帳，從不拖延。
